Regional Registration Fee Refund Policy

The Regional registration fee for each player participant shall be fixed annually by the regional board.

Any player who withdraws from the program before the start of the season shall be entitled to a full refund of paid Regional Registration Fees less costs that are non-recoverable by the Region, including, but not limited to, the $17.50 AYSO National Fee which is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any player who withdraws from the program after receiving their uniform shall be entitled to a partial refund (50%) of paid Regional Registration Fees less costs that are non-recoverable by the Region, including, but not limited to, the $17.50 AYSO National Fee which is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any player who withdraws from the program after the start of the season will not be entitled to a refund due to the non-recoverable by the Region, including, but not limited to, the $17.50 AYSO National Fee which is non-refundable and non-transferable. The start of the season begins at the first game.

Why is the AYSO Membership Fee non-refundable?

Membership in AYSO is required for each Membership Year (8/1 - 7/31) before a member may participate in any AYSO program or event. This fee entitles the member to all benefits for that membership year including:

• Membership Player ID Card
• Annual subscription to the PLAYSOCCER Magazine
• Newsletters
• Soccer Accident Insurance
• Special offers and discounts
• Access to the AYSO Player website channel

Once issued or purchased, some of these items cannot be refunded/returned. This is consistent with other youth sports organizations.
